Interested in space at The Jefferson Community Center?
1. The event/class must be sponsored by a Non-Profit Organization. A Non-Profit ID# must be supplied.
2. Insurance coverage is required for all permitted. A certificate of coverage must be provided, naming Westside Community Improvement Association as additional insured, for the amount of $1,000,000.00, with no deductible.
3. Complete and return the Rental Application below, via email or fax. No events/classes will be added to the calendar without a completed Rental Application. Submitting an Application does not guarantee space has been reserved. You will be contacted once the Rental Application is received with a price quote and to confirm.
